Your product will be shipped at no cost to you within 24-72 hours of billing. Voga Salon utilizes FedEx, UPS or USPS, and there may be limitations of delivery based on the carrier.

Refunds: In order to receive a refund, product(s) must be shipped back to us within 15 days from the date of purchase, and the product(s) must be received unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Once the product has been received, we will issue a credit back to the card used for the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of getting the product back to us.
Exchanges: We will make every effort to ensure that we have verified your selections prior to shipping, and we will package it well to try to ensure that it arrives in ideal condition. In the event that you receive the wrong product, or the product arrives damaged or defective, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. Please send us an email at email@example.com with a picture and description of the problem, within 15 days from the date of purchase, and we will get to work on resolving your claim right away. In most cases we will mail you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship the wrong or defective product back to us. Once we receive it, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
