Referral Program:

Help us spread the word! As a way to say thank you, add $20 in-store credit to your account when a friend you referred checks out. Referral credits can be used to pay for products or services. The referred guest MUST mention the guest’s name for proper credit to be assigned.

Loyalty Program:

As a way to thank you for being a loyal customer, we have a point system that converts to in-store credit in your account. You can use it to pay for in-store products purchases & services at anytime. Our Voga Rewards are:

  • 1000 Points = $2 when you book a future appointment at the time of checkout & keep it.
  • Points are redeemed at checkout of future appointment.
  • 10,000 = $20 when you refer a friend or family member.

You can check your point balance at anytime with our support team at the front desk.

Services Satisfaction Guarantee:

If we fail to meet the expectations discussed during your consultation, we’ll get you in to fix it at no additional charge. All we ask is that you let us know within 7 days from your visit. We highly encourage our guests to provide us with honest feedback to help us serve them better. If you feel that the expectations for the look were not met, please call or email the salon WITHIN 7 DAYS from your original reservation in order to be eligible for a redo appointment. We are committed to working with you to assure you are happy with your results. Monies paid for services are non-refundable.

Specials and Promotions:

We like to share the love with goodies for you, but there is a limit of one promotion per service or product purchase per visit.

Product Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our hair care & styling products. If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, & less than half of the original amount has been used, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser, or receive in-store credit, if returned within 30 DAYS from the time of purchase. Makeup, lash products, brushes & hot tools sales are final.

Appointment Arrival:

We don’t want you to miss out on a good experience, but we work on a tight schedule & probably have a guest right after your reservation. So we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time to avoid starting late. If you arrive late, you might not be able to receive all services booked. We reserve the right to reschedule services for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellations & No Shows:

We understand life happens, but when possible please let us know if you can’t make an appointment. As a courtesy, please let us know 24-48 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. As a courtesy to you, we have available reminder/confirmation emails, texts, & phone calls.

Multiple Last Minute (less than 24 hrs. notice) Cancellations, Reschedules, & No-Shows:

If making a reservation in advance fails to work for you multiple times, we might limit your reservations to 24 hrs. prior. In the event of more than 3 no shows, you will be required to put a deposit of 50% the estimated price of the service to make a reservation in advance.

Cell Phone Use While Receiving a Service:

The position of your head & body when performing a service is very important to help us deliver the style you envision. For this reason, it is important to avoid talking on your phones while services are taking place. If you need to use your phone, just let us know & we’ll do the best to accommodate you.

Children and Minors Policy:

We value & respect the time & experience for each of our guests. As a courtesy to our guests, we ask you to please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Your support and understanding of our policy is greatly appreciated.

We are fitted to work with guests who are at least 10 years of age, but we can accommodate younger guests for special occasion styles, blowouts, and bridal parties. If you have to bring your little one with you, know that it is tough for most children to sit through reservations longer than 1 hour, & we do not recommend it.

When we work with a minor, it is important that the guest, his or her guardian, & us are all on the same page. For this reason, we require a guardian to be present during the consultation for any guest under the age of 18, & a signed consent from the guardian is required to move on with services. A valid form of ID may be required before services can be performed.
